Diesel performance exhaust systems for off-road trucks

Dieselino exhaust systems are complete solutions for improving the performance of diesel pickup trucks used off public roads (off-road and racing use only). Unlike separate delete pipes that replace only one section of the exhaust, full exhaust systems include the exhaust path, depending on configuration: from the turbocharger to the tail section (turbo-back exhaust) or from the downpipe to the tail section (downpipe-back exhaust).

Technical specifications and exhaust system construction

  • System type: full exhaust systems replace the exhaust path from the turbocharger or downpipe to the outlet. Kits are available in two variants: with a straight pipe or with an exhaust muffler.
  • Material: systems are made from T409 or T304 stainless steel, with aluminized steel exhaust pipe options also available.
  • Manufacturing method: pipes are produced using cold mandrel bending, which preserves the internal diameter along the entire length without deformation at bends.
  • Pipe diameters and length: available in 4-inch and 5-inch diameters. The total system length typically varies by wheelbase and configuration, averaging about 10-13 feet.
  • Fuel consumption: after installation (for example, with a DPF delete exhaust setup and CAT removal), fuel efficiency can improve up to 18-19 mpg, depending on setup and driving conditions.

How to choose the right diesel exhaust system for your truck

  • Vehicle model and version: start by matching the make, engine, model year, and configuration (pickup vs Cab & Chassis), as systems are designed for specific engine generations.
  • Diameter: choose based on the options available for your platform: 4" offers balanced flow for daily driving and towing, while 5" provides maximum airflow for tuned setups with higher power targets. Smaller-displacement diesels like the 3.0L LM2 Duramax and Sprinter 3.0L use 3" pipes - the correct match for those engines. If you're unsure which diameter fits your truck and goals, contact our support team.
  • Muffler option: a straight pipe allows more efficient exhaust flow, while a muffler can improve exhaust sound quality, giving it a deeper and more refined tone.
