  • Full delete kits - separate bundles for 2017-2019 and 2020-2023 (different ECU/TCM and Allison transmission variants). Each ships with a DPF/CAT delete pipe, EGR delete kit with block-off plate, ECU Unlock Tool, CAN Communication Plug Kit, and your choice of exhaust (4β€³ or 5β€³ Downpipe Back exhaust, straight or with muffler). SOTF support with multiple power levels included.

  • DPF/CAT delete pipe - 4β€³ stainless steel race pipe with welded sensor bungs, reinforced flanges, brackets, and hangers. Available straight or with muffler. Standalone product - not paired with a full L5P exhaust system. Fits 2017-2025 L5P.

  • EGR delete kit - block-off plate, EGR delete pipes, coolant reroute fittings, stainless hardware, and seals. Single kit fits 2017-2025 L5P, available standalone or as part of a full delete kit.

  • ECU Unlock Tools & TCM Unlock Tools - tuning is done via an ECU Unlock Tool (separate versions for 2017-2019 and 2020-2023) with flash calibration and SOTF support. Standalone SOTF Tune Packages also available for owners who already have the unlock tool. Unlocked TCMs sold separately: T87A for 2017-2019 (Allison 6-speed) and T93 for 2020-2023 (Allison 10-speed)

  • Exhaust system upgrades - 4β€³ and 5β€³ Downpipe Back exhaust mandrel-bent stainless steel exhaust systems, straight pipe or with muffler. All bolts, clamps, and hangers included. A separate 3.5β€³ Downpipe is also available as a standalone upgrade.

Yes. A 6.6L L5P cannot run correctly without disabling DPF/DEF/EGR routines and updating fuel maps. A tuner or unlock-and-flash tool is mandatory for all 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 trucks to maintain proper turbo behavior and throttle logic.

Removing the EGR system eliminates the recirculation path, keeps soot out of the intake, and drops intake temps under towing by 20-40Β°F.
