Federal and provincial law, such as the U.S. Clean Air Act and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, forbids the alteration or removal of emissions hardware on vehicles driven on public roads.

Your responsibility as the purchaser is to ensure you comply with all provincial, state, local, and federal emissions laws before you buy, install, or use our products.
