Important Fitment Notice:
Certain late-production 2018 models were built with the updated 2019 “new design” turbo direct pipe. These vehicles require the 2019–2025 version of this system.
If you own a 2018 model, you must verify whether your vehicle uses the earlier 2010–2018 turbo configuration or the updated 2019-style design before placing your order.
Requirements for Successful Installation:
Hardware Isolation: All emissions-related electrical components - including the SCR module, NOx sensors, AdBlue injectors, and DPF monitoring sensors - must be disconnected.
Fault Clearance: Do not attempt to tune a vehicle currently in "Limp Mode" or "No-Start" countdown. Use a Mercedes-specific scanner to reset these codes first. Failure to reset active faults will result in permanent errors even after the tune is applied.
