FAQs

Each kit comes with everything needed to safely remove the restrictive emissions gear so the engine can finally breathe again.

  • Delete pipe - Replaces the factory DPF (diesel particulate filter) and CAT, opening the exhaust path and cutting backpressure for more efficiency. The result? Snappier throttle response and a cleaner sound.
  • EGR valve & cooler delete kit - Removes the EGR system entirely, stopping soot buildup, keeping temps lower, and extending engine life by a long shot.
  • Tuner - Bench-Flash or Iron Loader software recalibrates everything - fuel, torque, boost - for more power and better fuel economy, without setting off emission codes.

All the parts work together as one setup - smooth, reliable, and tuned for consistent performance.

The upgrade is simple - just pick your vehicle model, year, and the purpose for which you actually use the truck. Different tuners do different things. Bench-Flash and Iron Loader, for instance - one’s great for fuel economy, the other pushes more torque and top-end power. Depends on what you’re after.

If you’re not sure, our tech crew can walk you through it and match the setup that fits best.

Our dpf delete bundles are built for the main 3.0L EcoDiesel setups. We cover:

  • Ram 1500 EcoDiesel 3.0L (2014-2019) - fits both pickup and cab versions.
  • Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel 3.0L (2014-2020) - tuned for smoother, cleaner performance.
  • Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator EcoDiesel 3.0L (2020-2023) - full tuning and hardware solutions available.

If it’s one of these, we’ve got you covered.

Once you pull out the emissions gear, the EMC still thinks it’s there. The tuner recalibrates fuel maps, boost, and sensors so the truck runs right, no errors, no limp mode. It’s what unlocks the EcoDiesel’s real potential.

That EGR setup is one of the biggest troublemakers in these models. It recirculates hot exhaust gas, which builds up carbon inside. Take the EcoDiesel EGR delete kit, and you cut off the soot at the source. Cooler temps, cleaner internals, fewer stuck valves - that means less money wasted later.

Yes - you’ll feel it. Once the exhaust flow isn’t choked, everything breathes easier. Combustion gets cleaner, and torque delivery is smoother. When towing, power comes in steadier. Throttle reacts faster, and those constant regen cycles? Practically gone.

It depends on your setup, but here’s what most drivers see:

  • Jeep Grand Cherokee: around +35 HP
  • Ram 1500: StockPlus (+35 HP), EcoPower (+35 HP), Tow (+50 HP), Max (+75 HP)
  • Jeep Wrangler: up to +60 horsepower and stronger low-end torque - perfect for trails or heavy loads
  • Jeep Gladiator: +50-65 HP, better pull and steadier power when it’s working hard

Even the milder tunes make the truck feel completely different - throttle wakes up, power delivery feels natural, not forced.

If you’ve got a decent set of tools and a bit of experience, yes. The kits come complete - all the hardware, clear directions, nothing complicated. Still, if you want perfect alignment and proper tuning, a professional install is the safer call.

No - these are for off-road, race, or competition use only. Running them on public roads breaks EPA and Environment Canada regulations. Keep it off the street.

Removing emissions equipment can void your factory warranty. If you’re unsure, ask your dealer or reach out to Dieselino Support first. We’ll explain what’s covered and what’s not before you start wrenching.
