DPF/DEF Delete Pipe
Engineered to replace the factory DPF and SCR sections, improving exhaust flow, reducing backpressure, and helping the engine operate more efficiently.
Note: This package does not include a physical EGR Valve or EGR Cooler Delete Kit.

Before Tuning the PCM
Perform a complete DPF regeneration before ECM tuning. This clears DPF accumulation values, which cannot be reset after the calibration has been modified.
Delete Procedure
Remove the DPF and SCR components from the exhaust system.
Leave the following components installed:

EGR system

Throttle valve

MAF sensor
-
MAP sensor
-
EGT sensors
Do not remove or disconnect the DEF tank or associated sensors during the initial delete process.
The customer is responsible for fabricating a block-off plate for the secondary EGR port that normally routes back into the exhaust system.
ECM Removal Instructions

Clear all active dashboard warnings.

Resolve any DEF or DPF countdown conditions.
-
Turn off the ignition.
-
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Carefully remove the ECM for shipment.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided. Once we receive your ECM, it will be inspected, programmed, and returned via express shipping.

Tuning Process
During periods of high demand, processing times may vary slightly. Additional verification procedures may be performed to ensure the highest level of tuning accuracy.
Important Installation Guidelines
Before installing the modified ECM:

Ensure the PCM is returned to factory calibration if previously tuned.

Disconnect all EGR, DPF, SCR, and AdBlue-related sensors as instructed.

Remove the AdBlue/SCR control module where applicable to prevent fault codes.
