LML Duramax full delete kit with Mini Maxx V2 tuner (2015.5-2016)
The 2015.5, 2016 LML Duramax Delete Kit with Mini Maxx V2 Tuner combines preloaded engine programming with DPF, DEF, and EGR removal hardware for supported Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD pickups. The complete package reduces exhaust restriction, eliminates regeneration cycles, disables supported emissions monitoring, and provides selectable power settings for daily driving, towing, or stronger performance.
What's included in delete kit
-
Mini Maxx V2 Delete Tuner - The preloaded handheld programmer connects through the factory OBD2 port and requires no VIN submission, stock file, infolog, or separately prepared custom tune. The tuner provides live engine monitoring, diagnostic functions, selectable power levels, and return-to-stock functionality.
-
Preloaded Delete Calibration - The manufacturer-supported calibration disables supported DPF, DEF, and EGR monitoring after the factory emissions components are removed. The calibration also clears supported emissions codes and removes emissions-related limp mode when reduced-power operation is caused by the deleted equipment.
-
DPF Delete Pipe or Complete Exhaust System - Buyers can select a delete pipe, 4 inch exhaust, or 5 inch exhaust configuration. Each option replaces the restrictive diesel particulate filter section and reduces exhaust backpressure.
-
EGR Valve and Cooler Removal Kit - The LML EGR delete kit includes block-off components, fittings, gaskets, and installation hardware required to remove the factory exhaust gas recirculation system and EGR cooler.
-
Installation Hardware - The package includes the clamps, fasteners, brackets, seals, and supporting hardware required for the selected exhaust and EGR configuration.
-
Installation Instructions - Detailed instructions explain the mechanical installation and the correct programming sequence for the handheld tuner.

How the delete kit works on your LML Duramax
The DPF delete process replaces the factory aftertreatment system with compatible hardware and ECM programming. After the supplied calibration is installed, the ECM no longer monitors the removed DPF, DEF, and EGR components, helping prevent regeneration requests, DEF warnings, EGR-related fault codes, and reduced-power operation caused by missing emissions equipment.
-
Remove the factory particulate filter and DEF components.
-
Install the selected pipe or complete exhaust system.
-
Remove the EGR valve and cooler hardware.
-
Connect the handheld programmer through the OBD2 port.
-
Flash the preloaded calibration and select power.
Installation information
The LML delete kit includes detailed instructions for the mechanical installation and programming sequence. A customer with solid mechanical experience can install the hardware independently, although seized exhaust fasteners and limited engine-bay access can increase the required time.
The tuner should be programmed before or immediately after the emissions hardware is removed according to the supplied instructions. Stable battery voltage must be maintained during the flash process to prevent programming interruption.
