Your factory ECM is removed from the Jeep, shipped to our tuning facility, programmed for your selected configuration, and returned ready for installation.
Before the ECM is tuned, the vehicle should be operating correctly in its factory configuration.

Economy - Stock Power
Maintains factory-style power output with emissions functions disabled. A good choice for drivers who want a conservative calibration without additional horsepower. -
Stock Plus - +30 HP
Adds approximately 30 horsepower while maintaining a balanced, everyday-friendly calibration. -
Race - +50 HP
Adds approximately 50 horsepower for stronger throttle response and increased performance in off-road or competition applications. -
Max - +75 HP
The highest available performance calibration, adding approximately 75 horsepower for maximum output in appropriate off-road or racing applications.
All tune levels include the required emissions-off calibration for the modified DPF/SCR/EGR setup.
A complete DPF regeneration should be performed before removing and sending the ECM. This allows existing DPF accumulation values to be cleared while the factory calibration is still installed.
Before ECM removal:

Complete a full DPF regeneration.
-
Clear active warning lights and service messages.
-
Resolve any active DEF or DPF countdowns.
-
Return the ECM to the original factory calibration if another aftermarket tune is currently installed.

Turn the ignition off.
-
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Remove the ECM following the appropriate removal procedure.
Do not send an ECM with unresolved emissions countdowns or an existing aftermarket calibration unless specifically instructed otherwise.
Installation
Installation involves both exhaust modification and ECM programming.
During the initial exhaust work, the factory DPF/SCR section is removed and replaced with the supplied 3″ Delete Pipe.
The DEF tank should not be physically removed during the initial stage of the process unless your installation instructions specifically require it.
Other factory components and sensors should remain in place until the appropriate stage of the installation procedure.
After the programmed ECM has been returned, follow the supplied instructions for the required emissions-system electrical connections and sensors.

Some installations may also require a block-off plate for the secondary EGR port that normally routes back toward the exhaust system. This plate is not supplied and may need to be fabricated locally.

After your order is processed, we provide a prepaid shipping label for sending your ECM to the tuning facility.
Once the ECM is received and inspected, the Bench-Flash programming is completed and the module is shipped back via express delivery.

Standard shipping associated with the ECM service is covered. Any unusual customs, import, or brokerage charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
