What's included in delete kit

• SCT BDX Tuner - Ships blank and is programmed with a vehicle-specific custom tune after you provide the VIN and tuner serial number. The SCT tuner for 6.0 Powerstroke supports custom tunes, multiple power levels, live monitoring, return to stock, and optional transmission calibration when requested during tune creation.

• 5 Inch Turbo-Back Exhaust System - Includes a 5 inch turbo-back exhaust manufactured from stainless steel to improve exhaust flow, reduce backpressure, help deliver lower EGTs, and support better engine performance during towing or everyday driving.

• Complete 6.0 Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit - Removes the factory exhaust gas recirculation system and includes the required EGR valve block-off parts, cooler delete hardware, gaskets, and installation components for a complete 6.0 Powerstroke EGR delete kit installation.

• Cat Delete Pipe - Replaces the factory catalytic converter section with a free-flowing cat delete pipe designed to integrate with the supplied exhaust system and provide unrestricted exhaust flow.

How the delete kit works on your 6.0 Powerstroke

The Ford 6.0 Powerstroke delete kit combines hardware upgrades with vehicle-specific tuning to improve engine performance, reliability, and exhaust flow after installation.

1. Install the 5 inch turbo-back exhaust and EGR delete components.
2. Submit the vehicle VIN and SCT BDX serial number for custom tune creation.
3. Load the supplied custom tuning file onto the BDX tuner.
4. Program the factory ECM through the OBD2 port and select the preferred power level.
5. Return the truck to stock at any time using the SCT BDX tuner if required.

Installation information

A detailed installation guide is included with every kit, and owners with basic mechanical experience can complete the bolt-on installation using standard workshop tools. Vehicle-specific custom tuning files are prepared after you submit the VIN and SCT BDX serial number, allowing the supplied tuner to program the factory ECM.
