Shipping Process: We'll supply a complimentary shipping label so you can send your ECM to our facility. After we arrive and assess the module, we'll complete the flashing and arrange return shipping via expedited delivery. Although we handle all regular shipping fees, any extra customs charges (which are rare) are your responsibility. The total time frame is usually 4–6 business days for processing, plus another 2–3 days for the return shipment.
Delete Procedure Instructions
- Exhaust Components Start by taking out the DPF and SCR from your exhaust system. Keep the EGR, throttle valve, MAF, MAP, and all remaining EGT sensors intact. Do not remove or modify the DEF tank or its associated sensors. You'll be required to create a blocking plate for the secondary EGR port opening (which normally connects back to the exhaust).
- Regeneration Step Initiate a DPF regeneration cycle prior to applying the PCM tune. This empties DPF accumulation data, which locks in permanently after the PCM is reflashed.
- Tune Compatibility A new tune cannot be installed over an older calibration. If your PCM was previously flashed with a different tune, it must be returned to factory settings before we can install the new one.
- Pre-Removal Checks Before you remove the ECM, verify that no warning lights or service indicators are showing on your dashboard. Your vehicle needs to be fault-free before ECM removal. Clear and resolve any DEF/DPF countdown issues beforehand, since most tunes will not disable SCR module codes shown on the gauge cluster. Ensure all fault codes are eliminated before removing the ECM.
Tuning Process: Keep in mind that busy periods may result in processing delays. We also conduct thorough validation tests to confirm that the bench flash tune meets our quality requirements.
