Description

4″ EXHAUST DPF DELETE

Fits – 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Ford Powerstroke 6.7 Diesel. F-Series SuperDuty pickup. Fits ONLY F-350, F-450 and F-550 Cab & Chassis commercial-type trucks. Fits only trucks with center-mounted rear fuel tank.

Exhaust Material – Available in aluminized steel or T-409 stainless steel. Aluminized steel is the most popular, but it will rust over time. T-409 stainless steel. Unlike stainless steel T-304, it is still magnetic. So if you are checking to see if you really have stainless steel, keep in mind that the magnet will still stick to it. We recommend using stainless steel if you regularly run your truck on winter roads sprinkled with salt.

Installation – Installation takes about 1 hour using basic hand tools on the ground in your driveway or garage. Faster if you have a car elevator. A trim may be required to install on a shorter wheelbase/cab. Clamps, hangers, and fasteners are included. You may have to reuse some of the factory fasteners.

Fuel mileage – Expect a significant increase in fuel mileage. If your DPF is clogged, you probably average about 13-14 miles per hour. More or less depending on the degree of clogging. After removing the DPF/CAT, expect a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg. Big tires and poor driving habits will result in lower mileage.

Tuner required – Removal of DPF, CAT, SCR and/or DOC includes removal and elimination of emission related sensors. A tuner with DPF removal capability is required to prevent engine warning lights or diagnostic trouble codes.

EZ Lynk

Eliminates the following components (if equipped) without installing diagnostic trouble codes or an engine check lamp:

Рarticulate filter (DPF)
Catalytic converter (CAT)
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)

In the EZ Lynk, EGR is disabled. You can leave the EGR system in place and simply disconnect the wiring or remove it completely. The DEF tank can also be removed or left installed.

Power levels are 20 hp, 40 hp, 60 hp, 80 hp, 100 hp.

Diagnostic Trouble Codes / Check Engine light - The EZ Lynk Auto Agent 2.0 will prevent any DTCs or Check Engine light from appearing. However, if any other problem occurs, you will still be alerted. DTCs can be checked/cleared.
