Description

4" pipe for DPF and CAT removal

Suitable for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Ford Powerstroke 6.7 Diesel vehicles. F-Series F-250, F-350 and F-450 SuperDuty pickup trucks. Fits most bed and cab configurations. Not suitable for trucks with regular cab or cab and commercial type chassis.

Exhaust pipe material is made of T409 stainless steel. A common misconception: unlike T304 stainless steel, T409 stainless steel is still magnetic. So if you are checking to see if you really have stainless steel, keep in mind that the magnet will still stick to it.

Installation Tips - The kit comes with everything you need for a complete installation. Installation takes about 1 hour using basic hand tools on the ground in your driveway or garage. Faster if you have a car elevator. You may have to reuse some factory parts.

Fuel mileage - Expect a significant increase in fuel mileage. If your DPF is clogged, you probably average about 13-14 miles per hour. More or less depending on the severity of the restriction. After removing the DPF/CAT, expect a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg. Big tires and poor driving habits will result in lower mileage.

Tuner required - Removal of DPF, CAT, SCR and/or DOC includes removal and elimination of emission related sensors. A tuner capable of removing the DPF is necessary to prevent any problems with the engine light, diagnostic trouble code, or vehicle drivability.
