2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel
Description:
Whether your 6.0L Ford Powerstroke engine is new or has high mileage, it may harbor impurities like casting sand from manufacturing, metal shavings, rust, and mineral deposits in the coolant. These contaminants can compromise your truck's refrigeration system. The harmful materials can potentially harm the water pump bearings and small passages located inside the EGR and oil cooler.
The Coolant Filtration System guarantees the ultimate protection for your engine, letting you relax in peace.
Setting it up is very easy. The 6061 billet aluminum filter head is CNC-machined, anodized, and attaches easily to a supplied bracket that mounts to factory holes, eliminating the need for drilling. This part can be installed in a home garage by anyone with basic mechanical knowledge.
The installation kit:
-Includes all necessary accessories, and the filter is simple to unscrew, making replacement a breeze.
-Replace the initial filter at 500 miles, and change the second and third filters every 3000 miles.
-Once you complete the initial 3 changes, you can replace the filter annually.
-The silicone hose fittings come pre-assembled, ensuring hassle-free and leak-proof connections. The parts underwent multiple tests in controlled environments and can withstand over double the recommended pressure at the radiator cap.
The Filter Block is CNC Machined from Solid Billet 6061 Aluminum, and it comes with high-strength, abrasion-resistant silicone hoses.
These parts help to extend the life of your Water Pump, Oil Cooler, and EGR Cooler.
