Ram 6.7 Cummins Cab & Chassis Full Delete Kit (2013-2018)
The 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 Ram 6.7 Cummins Cab & Chassis Delete Kit with EFI Live AutoCal V3 combines fixed custom delete tuning with DPF, DEF, SCR, and EGR removal kit hardware for off-road Ram 3500, 4500, and 5500 commercial trucks. The delete kit includes Cab & Chassis-specific exhaust components, EFI Live programming, and optional transmission calibration.
What's Included in 6.7 Cummins Delete Kit
-
EFI Live AutoCal V3 - The OBD-connected programmer stores and flashes the supplied VIN-matched custom tune. Cab & Chassis applications use a fixed calibration rather than SOTF power switching.
-
Custom Tune File - The engine calibration is prepared for the truck's VIN, model year, engine, and transmission configuration. Available Cab & Chassis engine files are Stock Optimized (+0 HP) or +60 HP.
-
4-Inch DPF Delete Pipe - The 4-inch stainless steel pipe replaces the factory DPF and particulate-filter section while retaining the compatible rear exhaust. Matching clamps and installation connections are included.
-
Optional 5-Inch Exhaust System - The complete stainless steel 5-inch exhaust replaces a larger section of the factory aftertreatment exhaust and is available as a straight-pipe configuration or with a muffler.
-
Complete EGR Valve and Cooler Removal Kit - The 6.7 Cummins EGR Delete Kit includes block-off hardware, coolant reroute components, gaskets, fittings, hoses, and fasteners required to remove the factory EGR valve, cooler, and exhaust gas recirculation path.
-
DEF / SCR Calibration - The custom tune disables supported DEF dosing, DPF regeneration, SCR monitoring, and emissions-related derate functions after the corresponding factory kit hardware has been removed.
-
Optional TCM Tune - The product selector offers None, 68RFE, or AISIN transmission calibration. The selected TCM option must match the transmission installed in the truck.
-
Installation Kit hardware - Include the required clamps, mounting kit hardware, fittings, and fasteners for the selected bolt-on configuration.

How the Delete Kit Works on Your Ram 6.7 Cummins
The delete kit coordinates flow, emissions removal, and fixed EFI Live engine calibration for the commercial chassis.
- Removes DPF, DEF, and SCR aftertreatment restrictions.
- Stops exhaust gas recirculation through the EGR system.
- Recalibrates the ECM for the removed emissions kit hardware.
- Prevents forced regeneration, limp mode, and derate.
- Provides Stock or +60 HP fixed engine delete tuning.
The custom tunes update ECM operation after the factory emissions components are removed, while the optional transmission calibration can be selected separately for supported 68RFE or AISIN applications.
Installation Information
The kit includes delete kit installation instructions covering removal of the factory DPF, DEF, and SCR components, installation of the selected configuration, EGR valve and cooler removal, coolant rerouting, and EFI Live AutoCal V3 programming. An experienced owner with solid mechanical skills can complete the installation using common workshop tools, although the Cab & Chassis layout and EGR system make the job more advanced than a basic bolt-on installation.
Installation Process
- Remove the factory DPF, DEF, and SCR exhaust components.
- Install the selected 4-inch DPF delete pipe or 5-inch system.
- Remove the factory EGR valve and cooler assembly.
- Install the EGR block-off kit hardware and reroute the coolant lines.
- Connect the EFI Live AutoCal V3 through the factory OBD port.
- Flash the supplied engine tune and optional TCM calibration, if selected.
Installation time may increase on high-mileage trucks with corroded clamps, seized exhaust fasteners, difficult EGR connections, additional Cab & Chassis equipment, or previous aftermarket modifications.

No More Emissions Codes
Correct kit hardware removal and EFI Live delete tuning disable supported emissions-related diagnostic trouble codes associated with the removed DPF, DEF, SCR, and EGR systems. The calibration also prevents supported regeneration, limp mode, and derate requests caused specifically by missing factory emissions hardware.
